This Policy describes what data the 3b3t.org project team ("Project", "we") collects when you use the donations section of the site, how that data is used, who can see it, and how you can change or delete it. By using the donations section, you confirm you have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
3b3t.org is a Minecraft anarchy server, not affiliated with 2b2t.org. The project is not a registered legal entity and is run by its team and community ("the administration").
A donation tops up your account balance, which can be spent in the project shop. This is a payment section, so we process payment-related data.
When you make a donation we receive and store: your in-game nickname and avatar, linked to your site account (login is required, no separate form to fill in); your IP address and browser user-agent, technical request data used to prevent abuse; the donation amount, the payment method used, and the payment status and time; an optional text message attached to the donation (up to 1000 characters), which you write yourself.
We do not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or similar payment details ourselves; they are processed by the payment system or provider handling the payment. We never ask for ID documents or other official paperwork.
To create, track the status of, and record your donation order; to display the donation and your message in the public feed on the /donate page; to prevent abuse, fraud, and duplicate or fake payments; to contact you about a specific payment if needed.
The donations section is public by design. Your nickname, avatar, donation amount and message are shown in the public feed on the site and automatically posted as a message in the project's Discord community under your name (with your nickname and avatar).
Do not include anything in your donation message that you are not comfortable making public.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or other commercial purposes. Processing the payment itself inevitably goes through your chosen payment method (a payment provider, bank, or relevant network), and that service receives the data needed to carry out the transaction, acting under its own rules outside our control. Discord receives the data we ourselves publish under section 4. Data may be disclosed if legally required by competent authorities.
Payment data is kept in the project's database for as long as needed for donation records, dispute resolution, and statistics; there is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection against breaches or leaks and are not liable for unlawful actions by third parties.
You can request that your public donation message be removed or hidden, or ask what data we hold about you, by writing to support@3b3t.org. We handle such requests within a reasonable time, but cannot guarantee deletion of the underlying transaction record (amount, status) needed to keep donation accounting accurate.
The site does not verify age. If you have not reached the age at which the laws of your country allow you to make donations independently, please do not donate without a parent's or legal guardian's consent.
We may update this Policy as the project evolves. The current version is always available at this address. Continuing to use the donations section after a new version is published means you accept the changes.
