The Segun86 case: 4 years in prison

A real criminal case

A player going by Segun86 joined the server in early 2023. At first they seemed like anyone else — exploring the map, building bases, raiding, and chatting.

A few weeks later they started constructing massive structures featuring Nazi imagery across the map. First came a giant swastika spanning roughly 500×500 blocks near a heavily trafficked route, visible from a long distance and clearly visible while gliding with elytra. More builds followed: a large Third Reich flag, pixel art of Nazi leaders, banners and inscriptions glorifying the ideology.

In chat, Segun86 openly praised Hitler, posted Nazi slogans and symbols, tried to drag other players into discussions, and pushed ideas of racial supremacy. Some players initially dismissed it as trolling — but the scale of the builds and the relentless stream of messages quickly made it clear this was systematic propaganda, not a joke.

Our position

The 3b3t.org team condemns Nazism, fascism, racial supremacy ideologies, and all forms of extremist activity. The content on this page is presented solely for informational and cautionary purposes — to illustrate the legal consequences of violating Russian law, not to endorse or glorify the actions described. The project operates in compliance with Federal Law No. 114-FZ "On Countering Extremist Activity" and other applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

Where anarchy ends

Anything that stays within Minecraft's mechanics is part of the game. Anything that crosses into the real world and breaks the law has nothing to do with server anarchy.

What counts as gameplay

Actions that stay within Minecraft

Griefing and destroying any builds

Killing, stalking, and trapping other players

Scamming, deception, and social engineering — within Minecraft only: chat, trades, bases; no real money or personal information

Using modified clients and cheats

Staff do not intervene in gameplay. Protecting your bases, resources, and reputation is entirely your responsibility.

What counts as a crime

Actions that lead to doxxing and criminal charges

Doxxing: sharing real names, addresses, or ID details

Swatting: making false bomb threats or calling emergency services

Distributing malware, stealers, botnets, and other malicious software

Extremism, terrorism, Nazi propaganda, and incitement to violence

When a real crime is involved, it's not handled by admins — it's handled by law enforcement.

The internet offers no immunity from the law

IP addresses, connection logs, chat history, payment records, and devices all leave a digital trail. Deleting messages does not remove them from databases and backups.

If someone commits a real crime, they can be identified — and everything collected can be used against them in court.

In-game: anarchy. Outside the game: criminal law.

3b3t.org is anarchy in Minecraft — not in real life
