3b3t.org is a Minecraft anarchy server, not affiliated with 2b2t.org. The project is developed by its team and community; donations and shop purchases go toward supporting and developing it.

A donation tops up your account balance on 3b3t, denominated in the site's internal currency. The balance can be spent in the project shop on the goods and perks available there.

The assortment, prices, and availability of goods and perks are set by the administration and may change; individual items may be temporarily unavailable. A donation also helps support and develop the project: hosting, DDoS protection, and development.

The payment methods available at checkout, and the exact list of options, are shown on the donation order page. The exchange rate and final amount due are calculated when the order is created and may differ from rates elsewhere.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter for your chosen payment method (account details, address, network, etc.). The administration is not liable if funds are lost due to your own mistake.

Refund conditions: you may request a refund if the goods or perks you paid for were not provided, or were provided incompletely or not in accordance with the terms of the order.

Refund procedure: to request a refund, contact support at support@3b3t.org, providing your in-game nickname, the date and amount of the payment, and the payment method. After review, we will refund the funds using the same method and to the same account (card or wallet) the payment was made from.

Timeframes: a refund request may be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment; review takes up to 3 business days; the refund is issued within 10 business days of the request being approved.

A balance top-up itself is non-refundable: any credited but unspent balance remains on your account and can be used for future purchases, but is not returned to your card or wallet. Funds already spent from the balance on goods or perks that were actually provided are likewise non-refundable. An unpaid, still-pending order can be cancelled by you before the payment timer expires: no funds are deducted if payment was never sent.

By making a donation, you agree that your nickname, avatar, donation amount, and any message you add will be shown in the public feed on the /donate page and posted to the project's Discord community under your name.

The administration may decline, cancel, or hide a donation or its message if it violates the project's general rules (/rules), contains abuse, spam, advertising, unlawful content, or was made to abuse the system. The administration may restrict an account's access to the donations section if fraud or a violation of these Terms is suspected.

The donations section is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the payment functionality, the accuracy of a displayed rate or amount, or the absence of delays in processing a payment.

The administration is not liable for payment-system fees, mistakes made by the user when paying, or the actions of third-party services involved in processing a payment (payment providers, banks, Discord).

The administration may amend these Terms as the project evolves, without individually notifying every user. The current version is always available on this page. Continuing to use the donations section after changes are published means you accept them.
